At Sanesa Yourganic, we prepare our Garam Masala the slow, traditional way - in small batches, from whole spices grown organically on our farms and partner farms. Every spice is hand-sorted, gently roasted to unlock aromatic oils, and stone-ground to preserve its natural character.
Unlike many commercial blends that rely heavily on dhania to reduce cost and dilute the flavor, our recipe intentionally uses lower dhania seed content, allowing the deeper, warmer spices to shine. The result is a stronger, fuller-bodied Garam Masala with pronounced notes of black pepper, black elaichi, and green elaichi, lifted with the woody sweetness of daalchini.
