Aata Wheat C-306 Fine

Wheat flour with 100% bran content. While the flour is milled finely by us on our own machine, we don't remove bran to make it any finer. Fine flour is good for thin chapatis. C-306 has been researched to be the best wheat across the globe for chapati preparation. It is a pre-Green Revolution era wheat variety developed at Punjab AgricuLure University's Hisar Centre (now Haryana AgricuLure University) in 1960s. It is also the parent variety of the class of rainfed wheat varieties develped at that time, now termed Sharbati. Total protein content in C-306 is 10.87% and gluten content out of this is 8.33%.
