Return & Refund Policy

Delivery Information

We strive to process all orders within a few hours to the next business day after receiving your order confirmation email. Currently, we deliver to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high order volumes, occasional delays may occur. We will keep you informed in such cases. 

Certain products are available on a Pre-Order basis, where the specific delivery date will be mentioned.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

✔ Orders above ₹1000/- enjoy free delivery.

✔ Charges may vary based on location.

Order Status & Delays

📍 Track your order via our mobile app or contact us directly for updates.

📅 At the time of placing your order, you can select a preferred delivery time slot. While we aim to deliver within your chosen timeframe, unforeseen changes may occur. In case of delays, we will notify you in advance.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Fresh Produce (Vegetables & Fruits)

We ensure a refund or replacement for items that are damaged or have quality issues. Since we home-deliver, minor damages during transit are possible. To process your request, simply share a photo of the damaged item, and we will take care of the rest.

Non-Perishable Items

✔ Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. ✔ A full refund will be issued for returned products.

In almost all cases, you can expect either a full refund or a replacement as per your preference.

 

Return Policy

✔ No physical return required for fresh produce—refunds or replacements are processed directly.

✔ For non-perishable products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

 
Non-Returnable Items:

To process your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). We arrange for pickup—no need to send the item back yourself!

 

Refund Processing

✔ For fresh produce, refunds or replacements are processed without a physical return.

✔ For non-perishable items, refunds will be processed after inspection. In rare cases, a refund may be issued for the quantity returned only.

 

💳 Refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway). If payment was made via Payment Gateway, the refund will be issued through the same platform.

 

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.
