Return & Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via email when your order has shipped. Current we only send our orders within India. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of order due to festive season or postal service problems that are outside of your control.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on size, weight and price of the order. We use trusted third-party courier services for your orders. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can visit the respective courier website with your tracking number to check the status of your order. 

What happens when your order is delayed?

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 5 days after being delivered, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount for the product. 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 24 hours for perishable products and 15 days for non-perishable products from the date or time of delivery. Unfortunately, post that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back, we would arrange for a pick-up.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to your Sanesa wallet or the money to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at



To return your product, you should mail your product to: B-217, Basement, Sushant Lok I, Behind Vipul Square, Gurugram, HR, 122009, India. Or we can arrange for a reverse pick up depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
