Not every good grain needs to be long and perfect. 🌾 Our Tukda Basmati Rice consists of naturally broken pieces from premium Tarawadi, 1121, and 1509 Basmati varieties - offering the same aroma, nutrition, and purity at a more accessible price.
Our rice milling is a basic mechanical process similar to hand pounding. During milling, a small percentage of slender basmati grains break naturally. These fragments, traditionally called tukda, are not inferior rice, but simply shorter pieces of the same premium harvest.
