Flour milled from Roasted Barley after removing the hull. Sattu is considered to be a good coolant during summers along with being rich source of proteins. Jau Sattu perfectly complements Chana Sattu, and both are recommended to be had mixed together. This combination is great for sportspersons as it takes care of protein requirement as well as long exposures to sun.
