👉 Using less water may result in firm or unevenly cooked strands.
1️⃣ Bring 700 mL water to a rolling boil in a wide saucepan
2️⃣ Add the noodle cake and allow it to soften before gently separating strands
3️⃣ Add the tastemaker and stir well
4️⃣ Simmer uncovered for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
5️⃣ Cook until water reduces and noodles reach desired softness
6️⃣ Rest for 1 minute before serving
💡 Add sautéed vegetables, roasted seeds, or a drizzle of cold-pressed oil for a more complete bowl.
