Mulberries (Morus spp.), locally known as Shahtoot (शहतूत), are among India’s most understated yet culturally familiar fruits, often remembered from childhood trees 🌳. Now reintroduced in their pure, organic form, they are grown in the temperate, elevated climate of Mahabaleshwar, benefiting from:
