Organic | Medicinal Grade | Traditional Raab Method
Not all sweetness is meant to please the palate. Some is meant to heal, restore, and nourish. 🌿 Our Blackstrap Molasses is a rare, intensely mineral-rich extract made from organic sugarcane grown on our own farm, following a slow, traditional raab process rooted in Indian jaggery-making wisdom.
This molasses begins as freshly pressed organic sugarcane juice, gently heated into raab - a semi-liquid jaggery concentrate known in traditional households.
Instead of rushing, the raab is left undisturbed for nearly 12 months, allowing natural sugar crystals to settle. The dark, mineral-rich liquid that remains is carefully drawn off and reheated once to achieve a thick, syrup-like consistency.
The result: true blackstrap molasses - deep brown, viscous, and unmistakably bitter.
✨ This bitterness is the sensory signature of iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and trace minerals retained from sugarcane juice. Globally, blackstrap molasses has been valued as a tonic for vitality, especially where mineral deficiencies are common.
