1121 is India's most exported long grain Basmati. Our 1121 is non-parboiled rice and is closest to hand-pounded rice as it is shelled using a basic mechanical sheller. Grown on our own farm in the GI-tagged region of ancient Yamuna floodplains, this long grain Basmati variety will have a very pleasant aroma that is a trademark of all Basmati varieties.
