Leek
Leeks are nothing but tastier spring onions with a much softer and milder essence. Leeks contain Allicin, Inulin, Vitamin C and Kaempferol which makes them a superfood from amongst onion family. It can be used in soups, salads, and for garnishing dishes. Next time, try a Leek parantha rather than onion parantha and we bet you'll get floored.
