Gajar Red Carrot

Gajar Red Carrot

Rating is 0.0 out of five stars based on reviews

Red carrots are sweeter and juicier and hence, much tastier. While beta-carotene and lycopene are common nutrients in red and orange carrots, it is anthocyanins which bring the deep red tone to red carrots and that explains why red carrots grow well in winters as anthocyanins are a winter pigment. Red carrots are more suited to juicing and sweet dishes. Beware, over eating carrots can take away all these benefits and cause further problems.
