Khapli flour with 100% bran content. While the flour is milled finely by us on our own machine, we don't remove bran to make it any finer. Fine flour is good for thin chapatis. Khapli or Emmer Wheat is amongst the ancient wheat varieties and is the first natural hybridization of wild wheat varieties that's edible. It is considered to have medicinal properties. Total protein content in 14.50% and gluten content out of this is 8.29%.
