The mighty Pooja Nariyal is our dried coconut with water. If you crave for coconut flesh while having tender coconut, this is the answer. Though high on calories and thus, not suitable for weight watchers, it is also high on nutrition and healthy fats. And then, it gives you an opportunity to make coconut milk. Recipe? Mix 1 part shredded coconut flesh with 2 parts water. Slightly heat up the water and blend it along with shredded coconut in a mixer. Squeeze the milk from the blend through a clean cotton cloth.
