🏞 Origin Story
From our own organic farm on the ancient Yamuna floodplains of Haryana - a GI-tagged Basmati region - comes the legendary C-306, a tall, pre-Green-Revolution wheat first released by HAU in the 1960s. Our heirloom seeds remain pure, un-hybridized and nutrient-rich. C-306 is widely recognized as one of the foundational tall wheat varieties that helped shape many Sharbati-class wheats developed for rain-fed farming - prized for chapati quality under minimal irrigation.
