    Pak Choi or Bok Choy belongs to brassica family (cauliflower, cabbage etc) and is a good source of Vitamin K and Vitamin C. While the lower crunchy part of Pak Choi is used in salads, the top leaves can be an excellent ingredient for Indian recipes like parantha. Did you know once Pak Choi fully matures, it suddenly bolts into a mustard-like plant with similar yellow leaves? Check out the pictures to get an idea.
