Bran taken from Khapli Wheat while preparing Dalia. Bran is pure fiber and is considered very good for regulating bowel movements. Khapli or Emmer Wheat is amongst the ancient wheat varieties and is the first natural hybridization of wild wheat varieties that's edible. It is considered to have medicinal properties. Khapli flour prepared by coarsely milling Khapli Wheat on our own machine. Coarse flour is considered healthier as it doesn't break nutrient chain and is good for thicker chapatis or for recipes like laddoo or halwa. Khapli or Emmer Wheat is amongst the ancient wheat varieties and is the first natural hybridization of wild wheat varieties that's edible. It is considered to have medicinal properties.
