Bran taken out as byproduct of Dalia milled on our own machine and of wheat grown on our own farm. C-306 has been researched to be the best wheat across the globe for chapati preparation. It is a pre-Green Revolution era wheat variety developed at Punjab AgricuLure University's Hisar Centre (now Haryana AgricuLure University) in 1960s. It is also the parent variety of the class of rainfed wheat varieties develped at that time, now termed Sharbati. Total protein content in C-306 is 10.87% and gluten content out of this is 8.33%.
